Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Big Little Gift Box. Our goods are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), which means you are entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match its description.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@biglittlegiftbox.com We may ask for photos and details to help us resolve the issue quickly. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Change of Mind Returns
As our products are made up of perishable or custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
