Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving your order and payment. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you by email.

We use NZ Post for deliveries. While we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once an order has been despatched, most parcels arrive within 3–5 business days to metro locations. Please note that rural addresses may take a little longer.

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia, with shipping rates calculated at checkout.
